Job Introduction

I am a female, looking for a female only support team to support me on a daily basis with my feeding tube, of which training will be given. Along with general household tasks. and, at times, I may also require assistance with my personal care.

I have a small dog, who is very important to me and will require regular walking. I am looking for people who have initiative to carry out tasks and who, like myself, are straight talking with a good sense of humour.

I have a structured daily routine which requires precision, dignity and a caring attitude.

It is important to me to maintain as much independence as possible and making the best use of the opportunities afforded to me.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates who share our values, understand the importance of a consistent and empathetic approach, whilst staying calm and professional when presented with a pressurised situation. You need to be a team player with effective communication skills, be experienced in using digital records and care plans, and electronic rostering systems.

You will need to possess an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent or be willing to work towards. You will be motivated and have a can-do attitude, and work within a Positive Behaviour Support Framework.

Must be willing to be part of a backup rota.
