I am a woman who is in my 60s and I currently living in my own home in Barrow in Furness in Cumbria. I am looking for support staff to join my team, and to help me remain living independently within my own home.
Due to me having an acquired brain injury I need you to understand working with people who have had an acquired brain injury or people who have similar backgrounds. I enjoy completing jigsaws, chatting to staff, going on walks and reading books. So, I need my staff to have interests in these areas as it will help me get to know you. I am still very close to my family so making appointments to see them and being in touch with them is massive to me. I am looking for my support staff to be confident around me and to take an interest in my hobbies and interests.
