Job Introduction
The Mobilisation and Floating Support Worker role is required to support with the mobilisation and transition of new packages of support or to support and problem-solve existing packages of support across the region. The role may involve some travel and overnight stays, you will be allocated to packages for a time frame to enable the package of support to go live. The role may involve a period of in reach in a secure setting and will include day/night shifts and travel. Once the package of support is fully staffed and mobilised you will be reallocated to another package. (average 6-8 weeks)
This role is best suited to individuals who enjoy working with new teams, problem solving, supporting peers and those who like working in a dynamic, multi-disciplined way. This is a challenging and rewarding role.
